Client Approval-Based Workflow

1. General Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in favour of PACEWALK Pvt. Ltd.
  • An additional 18% GST will be applicable on all services.
  • Services will be activated only after confirmed receipt of payment.
  • All services provided are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing

  • Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors; therefore, no guaranteed leads or sales are promised.
  • The minimum recommended engagement period is 6–10 months for visible and effective results.
  • Pacewalk is not responsible for handling or following up on inquiries received through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, emails, or other channels.
  • Any video content included in packages does not cover production or 2D/3D character creation. Additional charges will apply for such requirements.
  • All approvals must be provided by the client via email or WhatsApp for documentation purposes.

3. Graphic Designing Services

  • The client is responsible for providing content, logo, images, and required specifications.
  • Initial design delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope; basic designs may be delivered within 24–48 hours.
  • Any modifications after final approval (content, size, images, layout) may incur an additional charge of ₹300 per change.
  • Unauthorized use of unapproved designs will be treated as final approval by the client.
  • All designs may include a small credit line: "Designed by Pacewalk."
  • Designs and project files will be stored for up to 1 year.
  • No refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

4. Website Design & Development

  • Project timelines typically range between 1–2 weeks, depending on scope.
  • The package includes support and basic revisions for the first 3 months.
  • Costs for premium themes, plugins, stock assets, or additional features will be borne by the client.
  • Optional Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) may apply after the initial period (currently ₹4,999/year).
  • Domain and hosting renewals (if applicable) will be charged separately (approx. ₹4,499/year).
  • Services begin only after full payment confirmation.
  • No refunds are applicable once the design process has started.
  • All logo files will be stored for up to 1 year.
  • Digital/NFC business card validity (if included) is 1 year from activation.

6. Bulk SMS Services

  • Payment must be made 100% in advance.
  • DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration is mandatory before sending SMS in India.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused SMS credits.

7. WhatsApp Bulk Messaging

  • Services are activated after payment confirmation.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused credits.
Key Features
  • Virtual numbers are used for WhatsApp messaging.
  • Demo delivery — under 10 messages: within seconds; bulk messages: up to 3–4 hours.
  • Message limit: up to 1,500 characters per message.
  • Supports 4 images (max 1 MB each), 1 video (max 3 MB), 1 PDF (max 1 MB).
  • Delivery reports will be provided.
  • Service timings: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (Sunday closed).

8. Bulk Voice Call Services

  • Services are activated upon payment confirmation.
  • No refunds for unused credits.
  • Clients must provide voice clips in MP3 format.
Key Features
  • Delivery to both DND and non-DND numbers.
  • Sender ID requires a valid 10-digit mobile number.
  • Calling window: 9 AM to 9 PM.
  • Billing: 30-second voice clip = 1 credit. Charges apply only for answered calls.
  • Instant refund for undelivered calls/messages.
  • Free extension facility available.
  • Voice attachments are auto-approved.

9. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

All services are provided on a best-effort basis. Pacewalk does not guarantee:

  • Fixed search engine rankings
  • Specific number of leads
  • Specific sales outcomes

Results depend on market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.

10. Approval & Communication

  • All approvals must be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • Delays in approvals may affect timelines and delivery schedules.

11. No Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including unused services or credits, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
