1. Nature of Services
Pacewalk provides digital services including marketing, web development, branding, and SEO. These are time-and-effort-based services that involve strategy, creative work, and ongoing execution by our team.
2. No-Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Once project work, research, or strategy has been initiated
- After designs, drafts, or deliverables have been shared
- After ad budgets have been spent on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- When the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or content within agreed timelines
3. Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
- Advance payments are non-refundable as they reserve our team's capacity
- Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as per the agreed proposal or invoice schedule
- Delays in payment may result in pause or termination of services
- All taxes and third-party costs (ad spend, hosting, plugins) are billed separately unless otherwise stated
5. Project Pause Policy
Clients may request a pause on an ongoing project for genuine reasons. Pauses are typically allowed for up to 30 days. Extended pauses may require renegotiation of timelines or pricing.
6. Exceptional Cases
We understand that situations vary. In genuine cases — such as duplicate payments or services not yet started — refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
